What is this place and why was it created? |
|

etboo.com is an independent community website that serves the students and faculty of East
Texas Baptist University in Marshall Texas. This site is not officially associated
with the university in any way other than that it is owned and operated by ETBU students.
We felt that there needed to be an easily accessible place for students and faculty
to voice their opinions and find out about campus activities and organizations.
We have community forums and allow campus organizations the ability to post
announcements and upcoming events. etboo.com is completely non-profit and we do not
ever plan to charge for any services or display ads, although we would welcome donations.

etboo.com's mission is to provide a free, easily accessible source of information and discussion
to the students and faculty of ETBU. We want to improve communication between students,
faculty, and administration in an effort to make ETBU a better place.

Currently there are two regular etboo staff members, Jonathan Spence and Aaron Vittitow.
Jonathan Spence - Webmaster, Executive Editor
etboo.com was my idea, and I have spent more than 2 years developing and maintaining this site.
I am a Senior CIS Major, and I have my own web design/hosting company,
FalconJS Technologies.
Any questions or comments regarding the technical aspects of this site should be
